The judge, police, and prosecutor who build a case against you, all talk with each other on a daily basis. If you show up early you can see them having conversations and smiling at each other.. Even before you get to tell your side of the story you have a feeling like you won't win your case because they know one another better than you.

Very thought provoking and perplexing question. Im afraid i do not have an answer for you at this time. Kindest regards.
They can extend it, and get you on payment plan
You can just easily call the courthouse and theyll give you all the info.
Get the problem fixed, bring in receipt, talk to the clerk, she will have a police officer look at it. If fixed they usually dismiss the ticket.
Olathe Municipal Court will allow a payment plan for your case, but you must appear on your court date and then just ask the judge about a payment plan. As long as you make your payment on or before your payment due date, then you do not have to show up every month. You can pay online and they will email you the next due date.
Olathe Municipal Court is open! If the court were to close due to weather, it would be posted on the city's website and on every news station.
Olathe Municipal Court is open today!
Some tickets allow online payment, others do not. When you go to their website and type in your citation number it should tell you either way. Fyi: there is a pretty high convenience fee for credit cards.
