This location said after my purchase when i asked for a fork that it doesnt give out utensils. Traveling from out of town so not sure how Im supposed to eat the cake just purchased from them. How ridiculous!

We walked in and were treated with nothing but disrespect especially on mothers day to my mother. When asked about the decorations that were pictured on the website they said do it yourself and when saying that we can't give these to our mother looking like this they replied with "why not?" 1/10 customer service and will not be coming back.

I placed an order for bundtinis on January 7th for pick up on January 8th. I had an emergency so I called ro ask if I could pick up my order on the 9th at 4pm. The woman said yes that will not be a problem. I get to the Sherman Oaks location and they are closed at 4pm. Why would you tell me I could pick up my order at 4pm if you close at 4pm? It's not good customer service. I didn't have any desserts for my sister's birthday. Just really upset about this.

I am very disappointed! Your product is so deceiving. Firstly, I ordered an 8 inch bundt birthday cake but when I picked it up, the cake is not exactly 8 inches. Secondly, when I ordered online I chose one of the birthday occassion designs. So I expected the cake should have a candle. All birthday cakes obviously need a candle. And I even indicated on my order that I just need one candle. You should have at least indicated on your website that candle is not included or candle has an additional charge. Thirdly, the lady person, who happens to be the manager too in your shop is so incompetent, unfriendly, needs more training and definitely have bad customer service. When I asked her, is this really your 8 inch size cake? Because I do bake too and I know what an 8 inch size is, she just replied “I am not the one who prepared it.” And where is the candle? She told me “there’s no candle” and pointed to me the candles that they are selling. But oh my, I just need one candle and what they’re selling were only packs of candles. I am not really happy on the way she handled her customer (me). I even have to go back to the store because when I checked again the cake, the happy birthday sign/flag and the birthday card were missing. These are all indicated on my online order. So meaning as a manager, she doesn’t checked if the order was correct and complete before the product will be given to the customer. Plus, she just got apologetic beacuse there are other customers already in the store. Overall, very disppointing and not happy experience for me. This would be my first and last, and would definitely not recommend your store.
