Judge Robert Scott after hearing zero evidence read the law aloud and half way through realizied that wouldnt strengthen his decision so abandoned it half way through.Paused asked the plaintiff what happened to the stuff you wrote down realized she couldn't remember what lies she had written in the report shrugged and announced " know what I'm going to Grant it" after it was obvious they're was no violation.which he himself highlighted by reading criteria that MUST be met which testimony supporting the cause of the plaintiff was I have bad feelings and dreams. Not sure how many peoples dreams your guilty of haunting but judge Scott will lock you up and ignore the law right after reading it as well as completely ignoring subject matter jurisdiction band personal only court you'll attend where it they have no jurisdiction the judge actually almost recommends not seeking council you don't need them they get in the way of him violating your rights to make his neighbors happy with the outcome and treating people from other states as though they only get the rights they can afford and most will just pay a bucket of cash to make it go away. Not me my principals won't allow it. Someone should read the definition to joco district court and law enforcement. Ever have a pd officer leave his city, county, Even state to attempt to question you at your home about Snapchat? I was at work but don't worry good ole officer Blake while operating as a private citizen in a other state foind the need to defame me and question all of my neighbors. Not sure how much info he thought my neighbors could help accertian about my Snapchat ? But atleat he was there as a private citizen and won't be covered under qualified immunity! Filling with the state board I suggest others do to. If that doesn't work I'm filling suit with federal court

No one can ever seem to give me a correct answer on anything. They always tell me I need to talk to X person and then X person tells me to talk to Y person and then Y person tells me to talk to Z person. The employees are also very hateful every time I call just to inquire about something and get information. On top of that they never even have the info I need. Apparently anyone can work for a court house and needs no knowledge of the inner workings of one or knowledge of the law.

Had a great experience! Easy entrance, got the marriage license application super quickly and everyone was helpful!! Also, the security guard was funny and joyful! Pleasant!
Cat Man do
Good looking deputies at the entrance where security screening takes place. A little too thorough in their screening process though. My wife and I brought our 2 month old daughter in with us. They made us run her through their X-Ray machine while she was in her carseat. When she came out the other side, her eyes were crossed and have been that way ever since. She is now 3 years old, has a small tail growing out of her tail bone area and only speaks Spanish. Very friendly and helpful folks though.

I'm so sorry to hear this. Maybe you should set her up with Johnson county mental health. Also a suggestion there are several oxford (sober living homes) around the area in Olathe, maybe Overland Park too. They are beautiful homes, she can make sober friends and get help to stay on track. you don't need a referral, you just apply and go to an interview. I think rent us around 120-140.00 a week. plus your groceries. They are a wonderful place to get away from the old friend/user triggers.
Yes
It is not open to the public. Only staff can enter. I would say call the main number 913-715-5000 to have your questions directed to the correct person.
Yes on licenses. Call for the price

All courtrooms are open to the public with the exception of some Family Court proceedings. These can be confidential in that minors are often involved. Video camera use is prohibited in all courtrooms with the exception of weddings. In these cases, the judge presiding over the ceremony will determine what, if any camera use is allowed.
