Loved coming here to go swimming.for like the last 1 to 2 weeks the heater in the pool is broke. All I do is take my family swimming and now I'm stuck paying a monthly membership fee when the pool is too cold for comfort and no one knows when it's gonna be fixed

The indoor kid's pool is kind of lame. Not very much to do and what's there is broken and can't be used. The heaters are also currently broken. The lifeguard told my kids not to slide on the slide, but then turned around and had her phone in her face for a good portion of the time we were there. Hope they put more money into this place.

They will take your money and not provide services. I have repeatedly called and talked to management and I still haven't got a refund on the swim lessons not provided!

I was genuinely surprised to find a facility this nice, and this extensive, in Harrisonville, which has a population right around 10k souls. There is an upstairs walking track, an indoor pool, a sauna and plenty of (brand new) workout machines on the main floor. You'll also find a pool table, some meeting or gathering rooms, and more workout machines upstairs. The women's locker room is clean, spacious and has convenient features such as a swimsuit spinner. Unfortunately, their fitness class offerings are limited and seems to occur only in the early mornings and evenings at the time of this writing. Still, for a small town community center, this is a good facility. Nice staff!

We have water aerobics that many Seniors go. It is fun, too for many
No but I sure wish there was. Only the pool... 😒
Indoor track
@$15 - Unless you have Silver Sneakers - then it's free.
Sorry, I do not know for certain. I would think so.
I would call to double check and make sure nothing changed. Seems to change often
Yes, it is open for all.
Linda if you already have the silver sneakers program attached to your Medicare most of the Community Center amenities are available to you at no cost!!!
I can't find anything on the website on that. Here is the number for it. 816-380-8980
Depends on if you want a family pass or single person pass. You can find the info on hcc.com I believe.
Yes
Yes u can book them , but if u try to do an extra hour of swimming make sure u have the head person tell everyone that is going to work it because my friend just had a problem with that and she didn't get that extra hour that she paid for it. They book it after hours and its only a few people working and 2 life guards in the pool.
Please call the Community Center as we did use the pool.
