I went this past Tuesday with Covid19 and came back on Thursday with my mom who has it too. We were helped by Sylvia who was very nice and professional. The service was quick and to the point.

My boyfriend and I were leaving for a cruise in 2 hours and still hadn’t gotten Covid results that are needed to board. The lovely ladies at MD Now were absolutely amazing from the time we walked in to the time we left. We had to get retested here . The happy welcoming atmosphere and sincere willingness to help was calming and refreshing!. Thank you!!!😊🙌🏼😊

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a medical office. I came here in October of 2019. Today is July 10th, 2022. This is how long I have let this experience fester in my mind before calming down enough to be able to write this review. I was in Miami on a 3 month business trip. I messed up my shoulder, heard a really bad “pop” the day I landed after getting my luggage from the overhead bin. The pain was so bad I could just barely sleep for nearly two weeks. I Googled the closest place I could find to get it checked out. When I walked in, the lady who took my payment was rude, but I didn’t mind that—working with the public sucks, so I get it. HOWEVER, while I cannot remember the doctor’s name (older white man, hefty) he was the worst human I’ve encountered. Remember, I came for my SHOULDER. They begrudgingly did an X-ray, and luckily didn’t see anything immediate to be concerned about and suggested I get an MRI if I’m still worried (I did upon returning home, torn labrum if you’re curious.) However, this jackass of a doctor then decided to close my room door, and get super close to me and said “I’m sure your pain could be minimized…have you ever considered bariatric surgery? You’re BIG woman.” And continued on and on about it! Am I a big girl? Hell yeah, but this doctor was a huge man himself, literally what the hell, bro? He THEN PROCEEDS TO TELL ME, after doing absolutely nothing for my shoulder, that he gets a lot of pain meds from the Dominican Republic because they’re cheaper and while he can’t give me any of those, he recommends looking into it myself. WHAT! My god, this man was the most unprofessional, disgusting doctor I’ve ever encountered. I left absolutely flabbergasted. As someone who works adjacent in the industry, I couldn’t believe my ears and now I completely believe every patient who complains about an encounter with a medical professional.

I went for a COVID test in February, I was told that my insurance will pay for the test. Surprisingly by the end of December I received a first bill charging me $75.00. I called the billing department and a nasty lady could never explained why I received this bill so late. My insurance paid $90.00 and it wasn’t enough for them. I do not recommend this place because they are not transparent with their charges, they just want to take your money and their billing department customer service is awful. Update , today I received a letter from a collection office I do not recommend this place and their hidden charges you’ll be surprised!

If you have insurance, you don't pay anything ... Even though, call your insurance and ask if they cover the exam in that place ...
From 2 to 3 days if you do not have symptoms, if you have symptoms the day after the exam, you receive the results by mail
It took about a day for the swab test and antibody test
I believe $149 or $159 somewhere around that. And you need an appointment. You can't just show up.
