My baby has been coming to see Dr. Kendrick since she was born. Dr. Kendrick is the best doctor who understands and is patient with you. Pediatrics Associates is the best decision that you can make in regards to your baby. It was my primary doctor growing up and I definitely recommend it. Thank you to everyone for all that you do . I greatly appreciate it! ❤️❤️

Love Pediatric Associates Skylake. Doctors and staff always friendly and there when I need them for my sick or healthy kids. Have been taking both my kids here since birth so almost 5 years now. Very happy with the care given here.

I will never go to this office again!. My son is normally seen in the causeway location which I love!! Dr Burkett is an awesome Dr!! However, my son needed x-rays which causeway office does not do. So I went to the Skylake location. Omg the wait for a simple x-ray was almost an hour!! Well I walked out!! I waited longer there for a simple x-ray than when my son is seen for a sick visit. Never again!!

For over a few years I was skeptical of coming to this office due to the reviews. I'm so happy I finally came for myself and only wish I had done so sooner. One of the main reasons I finally came in is because they are open on Sundays! I was seen within 30 minutes with a last minute appointment. The front desk, nurse, and Dr. Bague were all fantastic. The front desk was informative and did not at all dismiss any of my questions or comments. The nurse was very friendly as well and I am happy that the doctor prescribed something for my daughter's cough. The facility is large also, like a mini ER room (but not in a bad way). The waiting area was large and although the capacity seemed like it could fit 40+ people, I felt super comfortable with the fact that there were only about 5 other families waiting and we were all very well spaced out. The facility seemed clean as well, I didn't see any red flags. Also, the coordination of the staff just made me so happy. Our normal pediatrician's office doesn't call prescriptions in until the end of the day because they say they are so busy and will get to it when they have time; here at Pediatric Associates, they called the prescription in right away and CVS called us within 10 minutes of leaving to tell us it was ready. Fantastic! Additionally; at check out; you get a print out of everything from your visit (what was prescribed, the weight, temp, suggestions, etc)...our other pediatrician's office never gave us anything (they just expected us to know what was prescribed). This is the way a pediatrician's office should run. Thank you Skylake Pediatrics Associates! I think we will be switching over to this practice now.
