The place was packed on both sides, the wait time for just a regular order for 4 people (pizza, Mojo fries, and chicken) took 40+ minutes. There were several parties that day (formal/reserved/ non-formal) that slowed service even more. The issue however, was because they were severely understaffed. The staff was nice though, one of them checked in on our table. Honestly just go to another Shakeys so this one doesn't get swamped with people.

We love Shakey's Pizza in Culver City! Christian & Darnell received 2nd Grade Completion Certificate's, so we a delicious family dinner w all the trimmings and they came home with individual custom 7" pizzas. The arcade is Christian's fav and he and Darnell cleaned up with the dime toys!

The manager sucked We asked him for a high chair and he told my sister they are over there point and left,but Maurice was such a sweet heart he's the main reason why I gave 5 ⭐ on service And I'm the type of person that doesn't complain that easy

Super nice and friendly staff. We showed up 20 minutes before closing and they still attended us and I appreciate how nice they were to us. Food was good and the family was happy 😊 .
