The staff is friendly, courteous and work well together. The entire visit process is very timely, I usually do not have a to wait for more than 10 minutes. I appreciate Dr. Herskowitz taking time to listen to all my concerns and advise the best course of treatment. He also allows for my input regarding treatment. He is very patient and caring in helping me feel better.

I understand the physicians are very good, but try calling the office for anything. No one answers the phone. Leave a message and forget about getting a call back.On the rare occasion that a person answers is only to say "..I will connect you with the doctor's assistant.." more rings and canned instructions and you are back in a dead end which no one there picks up. I was called by the office to inform me of the sad demise of Dr Gallo, my neurologist. The office informed me they had rescheduled me to see another MD in their group in another location: time and date given to me by the office person calling. I arrived 30 minutes early to find out they had no record of the appointment I was given. In addition now they did not take my Medica insurance which they had always taken in the past.
