HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE!! Today we had the worst experience at this office which is sad because Dr Luaces has always been a sweetheart and we have been going to him since he took care of my youngest son in the NICU when he was born (7 years). But Today we had an appointment which we scheduled weeks in advance. My husband took time off work and took the kids out of school early and when we arrive we are surprised by Dr Luace's wife which has to be the most unprofessional and rudest person I have ever dealt with. She tried to state she couldn't see my kids because there was a note from supposedly Luaces stating that one of my kids will no longer be seen here and SHE ASSUMED that maybe we had an arguement or something with them in the past. We were super confused and my husband called me. I was also confused because the doctor loves my oldest autistic son and til this day remembers his name and even has told him that he sees him all the time because his daughter attends the same school. I asked her to please call him to clarify because nothing has ever happened and we even called to make an appt and that was never mentioned. She insisted and then tried to tell me we hadn't even been there since 2020 so why are we there now? WHAT kind of comment is that? And she is also incorrect because we have proof of our visit March 2021 when we came in for a consult and they gave us the prescriptions for our sons ABA therapy. I even sent her a picture and she would never admit that they have some issues with their system instead accused me of lying and then started changing the story assuming once again that one of her nurses signed for the doctor. Then she said a comment about "we don't need you guys to come to our office and lets hurry because I have to go get my daughter". How is that my problem when we took off time to come here. This lady might be a doctor but she lacks basic people skills, professionalism and is as uneducated as they come. I told my husband to leave and we will be changing doctors due to this lady and the front office which obviously follow the example of Dr Capote with their horrendous customer service. Always arguing with each other out loud in front of a busy wait room.

The team is great, I recommend what you need to know at the front desk until what time it closes, I recently arrived at the clinic 5:20 pm and they were already closed and it was just that I needed a paper for my son's day care and That day the front desk told me by phone that it was only until 5pm to look for a piece of paper, I had called before and they told me that at any time I could pick up the paper while they were open, please agree not to waste time with one. For everything else I have no complaints.

Front desk is a disaster and super unprofessional, don’t know how to handle a business. They freak out when too many people are there and argue with each other. This is a professional setting where doctors work, please hire a new staff.

This office was recommended to me and by my experience with this office, I highly recommend this pediatric to parents. The Office personnel is very organized, knowledgeable and friendly. The building is kept super clean, safe and welcoming. Dr. Luaces very caring and professional. Five Stars.

Questions & Answers

I do not know if the person who works in the window deceives me but I come out of necessity for my children but it is a lot of delay, I really do not know why the doctor is only a few minutes with each child

I do not know ... but I think that what happens is that they give many appointments for the same time ... they put many people at the same time ... they should leave between appointments and appointments at least 15 to 20 minutes ...

Bad pediatrician I do not recommend it I have 3 children special conditions and to sign my prescriptions I had to be on top of it and signed what he wanted not what the insurance approves them is as if he left or he will pay the medical supply

It is not what you say. My daughter cares with him since he was 3 years old and he is 16 and until now I do not want him better as much as the doctor where he puts his eye on the bullet and they are not making you up as in other places so that you come back to the consultation what you now want. you think that he is a magician, not a doctor, it is another thing he works with insurance and if the insurance says no, the NP can do nothing
