Very bad experience, I went to get tested for COVID and STREP, the nurse was very nice and polite, I asked if I could lay down. She communicated I tested positive for COVID and the DR was going to be with me shortly. This was what Dr Odelaisys Enriquez said once she got in the room: So.. you feel like you are dying...? "look that way so I can hear your lungs" I tried to tell her something, "look that way so I can hear your lungs"! "Don't breathe so hard because you are going pass it to me" " I'm going to give you the antiviral ok?!" I asked if I could get the test for STREP as well, "no!, what you have is COVID, that is why your throat is hurting" "here.. take the pills now, because you are dying" "here is the information of the medicine and a prescription" putting kind of throwing the papers on the stretcher and left I didn't know if I had to leave, so I waited for a few and left. I have a message to her: Learn bedside manners if you decided to be a Dr. you should've known the risks of it. If you do not want to catch anything, don't work in an Urgent Care People go to an Urgent Care is to get treated and not be treated like a pest, that is how I felt and I couldn't react to the way you were talking to me because I wasn't feeling well and I was short of breath. I'm so upset my insurance no longer works with Baptist Urgent Care.

I’m very disappointed of this urgent care located in Flagler. I’ve been to a couple of MD now urgent cares and none have been of such a shame as this one. Coming into the location was empty not many cars in the parking lot and when entering the lobby just one or two people waiting so you would think no wait time right. Well the receptionist said I had to wait 2-3 hours to be attended, they suggested I go to another’s location as the wait time was stated to be less of timing. I decided better of it knowing that clearly no one was waiting and in 2-3 hrs they close so they must attend me and so I decided to stay. I was attended no later than 20 min. Of waiting. A guy came in with a open cut and they suggested him to go to the ER cause it will be a 2-3 hrs wait. No compassion for the patient. And lying directly to each patients face saying that. While it was less timing. Also as I was waiting in the room to be attended one of the receptionist speaks to the dr in the back (and I can easily hear) asking if he can change the timing to an hour wait instead and the dr said maybe an hr and 30 min that way we don’t get too many people. I mean what is this type of help to patients. Who clearly need medical attention!! Just unprofessional. Not coming back to this location.

This place has such a long wait time to do anything. My husband felt sick and went in to get a simple rapid Covid test. He waited over 2 hours to be called in. It was terrible! It should take so long considering there was no one there. Super disappointed.

Horrible experience. Front desk was unable to take my insurance even though they were in network. I had to self pay even with insurance. The doctor we saw was incompetent. He seemed to have no idea how to treat children. Took half an hour looking up what he could send her. If they are unable to treat children they should say so and not make someone waste their time and money. I’ve been here in the past and it’s been fine but today’s visit for my daughter was a complete disappointment. I just ended up having to go to another urgent care.
