Purtains Truth

DHS officers are very polite and professional when they have come to our home to ask about our neighbors loud nose complaints. But on the streets our DHS officers drive very dangerously. I was almost hit by a police truck flying down a residential st going at least 70 mph while I comforting my neighbor for loosing a son. The white police truck did not have his lights on. The same white truck is always severely speeding around public streets with no lights on. I feel that the officer who carelessly operates this vehicle is not doing his job. A job they are sworn in by the constitution to protect and serve us as a community.....

Well, I, personally have had no experience with the police department, & hope not to, however they've been to my residence in search of someone who used to reside here, & were very polite, & courteous.

After showing the police threatening messages and pictures of 2men I didn't know the same cop pulled me over a month and a half later two days after I received a phone call at hot wings across the street saying this is alqueda and we're after you and they told the pizza lady they knew I was there. They were watching me across the street. That would have put them at the police or fire station. That's what was across the street. I lost my license over this. He pulled me over for a right hand turn signal at 6a.m. this should never happen to anyone. I still have no license. Why wasn't this looked into. I have alot more to add to this if I don't get a response from someone. It's been 5yrs. Plus. I want what's left of my life back.

Why is it that all the handicap parking at staters / Vons/ k-mart always full of cars with no placard and no one ever tickets them. The city could make alot Of $$$$ if they would ticket them

Cops everywhere don't do that the owner of the property has to phone them. Blame Stator Bros security for not telling all those able bodied bums, move it or else.

How many emergency dispatchers (911 operators) are there for the Desert Hot Springs area?

DHS 911 calls go to Cathedral City dispatch then they connect or report depending on issue. Those Cat city dispatchers have little to no clue of DHS cause they've never come out here. If you tell them any street names or landmarks or some kind they are usually lost. Then the force in town gets to pick and choose what crimes to respond to. The Justice police system here in the Coachella Valley is the worst I have witnessed across the entire country. Usually guilty til proven innocent out here.
