I will forever be grateful for Dr. Jones. Our little frenchie fractured her elbow and no other vet/specialist would help her… In fact, our vet even “offered” to amputate her arm. We called every vet from Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. I left Dr. Jones a voicemail on Friday evening because one of my friends referred me to him… I never expected him to call back. But he did on a Sunday afternoon and asked if I could bring her in Monday morning. That was the best decision I could have ever made. He performed surgery on her that evening and she ended up staying there for a few days after so he could keep an eye on her elbow and make sure she was healing correctly. Dr. Jones and the staff he has working there are literally god sent. I could not thank them enough… Our pets are our family and he took care of her like she was his family as well. 9 weeks later and a few long trips from Seattle to Yakima (well worth the drive btw!) our little girl is running around like never before. After trusting our baby girl with Dr Jones decided to have him take a second look at our senior dog, Bear. We have taken him to different vets and specialists.. with his old age he was diagnosed with an enlarged heart and we were told we would have to spend a lot more money seeing more specialists and run many more tests. When Dr Jones met Bear he was in very poor health. His stomach was very bloated and he was lethargic. Dr Jones switched his medication and we brought him home.. After a couple of weeks and closely monitoring him we noticed he was losing his bloated belly, full of energy, and back to his normal self. I will tell you this man is a miracle doctor. Our fur babies are always excited to see him and his staff! 10/10 I recommend. And if you care about your pets Dr. Jones is the one to see. 5 hours round trip is pretty long but even if Dr Jones was 10 hours away we would still make the trip! Thank you so much.

They told us 160.00 to fix our female pitbull, and we show up to get her, and they charged 300.00!! Also they had us leave our leash which was bought just for this occasion, and miraculously they said that we didn't leave a leash. So 15 bucks down the drain.

This veterinarian is so compassionate with animals and wants to ensure that your pet gets the medical attention they need by keeping his fees so affordable. What an unselfish act of kindness in today's economy 👏.

Off Wednesday
Check hours an call like 10 minutes before opening and leave message with your name ,number...and problem or question...they have answered white i waa on the way there...and...gO to the office and be patient...but they do prioritize by urgent need...and know your pet be in good hands...they've Benn both Otis's and Capone's vet...
I think we paid around $350. But be ready to pay more for going back to do ear training. However Pitbulls usually get the short cuts done on them and dont need the ears bandaged up to form the ears. So just the cropping cost.
They have 2 cats listed on their board. That all I know. But I have a friend that has 12 kittens free
Look it up
Yes it is 320
Cortisone
Yes they do youll have to call
It depends on how bad it is. But first things first the doctor would need to examine your puppy first. The exam is 51 dollars.
Just have to keep trying...better to start calling right as they open
No sure
That I dont know
I dont think there are any vets in the area that will treat your animal without payment at the time of service. You can apply for Care Credit which is a credit account created specifically for this type of situation. Wapato Toppenish Vet is also open limited hours since the dr is semi retired. Your best bet with something this bad is to take your dog to the Animal Emergency Hospital in Yakima at 510 West Chestnut Ave and apply for Care Credit there. They require payment when they treat your dog but it doesn't sound like your dog is going to survive without urgent treatment. You can also try the Facebook pet groups to see if people will help you with the bill. A lot of the time they will. Please don't let your dog die because of money. If you must surrender to a shelter so it gets the treatment it needs that would be the most loving thing to do.
I dont know how much it is at Wapato Toppenish Vet but I do know there is a spay and neuter clinic in Yakima that the humane society opened. All they do is spays, neuters and vaccines and they cost about a quarter of what I was quoted at other vets (I never checked at Wapato Toppenish Vet).
