Our dog has had seizures, foam at mouth, now spitting up blood, does this clinic take in a dog like that? No $ at moment.

I dont think there are any vets in the area that will treat your animal without payment at the time of service. You can apply for Care Credit which is a credit account created specifically for this type of situation. Wapato Toppenish Vet is also open limited hours since the dr is semi retired. Your best bet with something this bad is to take your dog to the Animal Emergency Hospital in Yakima at 510 West Chestnut Ave and apply for Care Credit there. They require payment when they treat your dog but it doesn't sound like your dog is going to survive without urgent treatment. You can also try the Facebook pet groups to see if people will help you with the bill. A lot of the time they will. Please don't let your dog die because of money. If you must surrender to a shelter so it gets the treatment it needs that would be the most loving thing to do.

Wapato vet clinic is not considered a shelter.. however they do know credible shelters that may help.. pet rescue, rezq Angel's, call them for details.. on there answer machine if closed .. they also have some options.. good luck :)
