I’m new to the area and called to get vaccinations for my elderly dog. I expected to pay for an exam fee with the shots but they also wanted an extra $70 just to set up an account. I would shop around for a vet that’s more interested in your animal than collecting another $70 on top of their office visit and shots.

They are very rude. I called and talked to one lady about having a med refill and she said yes. And a little bit later another lady calls back very rude saying no we won't do it unless you pay to open a account. And I told her I didn't see why I was getting one answer from someone and another answer from someone else. And she goes I'm not gonna argue the answer is no and hung up. The lady that was rude her name was Makenzie. Definitely would not pay to open a account at a rude office

I've taken my fur girl here twice and the front office staff is always so sweet. I didn't get to know the first vet because it was a Saturday visit just for vaccines. But the vet we saw the second time was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall its been a great experience.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. My almost one 1/2 year old German Shepard hasn’t seen this vet since he was little, so naturally I figured bringing him back for neutering was going to be difficult. Little did I know the staff is completely incompetent and unprofessional. $500 to neuter my dog should come with some loving-kindness. The woman who came to sedate him was incredibly disrespectful and should be fired. My dog sniffed her and was fine, she came into the room. But she didn’t acknowledge him at all and introduce herself. She also left the door open, leaving multiple strangers for my dog to see. The solution? Put a blanket over his head and give me a second muzzle?? She then walked out and again knocked and opened the door but this time was on the phone and said that if he wasn’t muzzled, he’d attack her. I told her that’s not true, he’s never attacked anyone. And she replied, “bullshit”. I closed the door and left immediately. What kind of service is that? For $500 they really don’t hold space for animals that aren’t calm and submissive with strangers that are going to take their balls off? On top of it, they’re going to curse and declare an uncomfortable and unacknowledged dog an attack dog when he’s not? My dog only has one voice and can’t help the size of himself or his breed. I understand it’s a lot, but he’s a good boy. He’s never attacked anyone. He only would have sniffed each individual that was staring at him, and been fine. Do not take your pet here. They do not deserve business and your animal will not be cared for by their staff.
