This was my first visit, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Upon entering, as I stood in line, I noticed the inadequate lighting and lack of staff in the dining area. There were crumbles of food and wrappers on several empty tables. By the time it was my turn to order, the two pizza assembler staff members looked as if they needed to be somewhere in a hurry. No smiles, only frowns. I was hurried along, as if I was wasting their time. (There was no one behind me) I sat down at what I thought was the cleanest table, only to have to wipe it down with napkins. There was what looked like splashed soda on the walls that probably was there for months. The floors were sticky and the corners and ledges would have benefited from a shop vac. And then there was the food. The veggies on the pizza were dripping wet. The sauce reminded me of a generic can of tomato sauce. I didn't finish my over priced, sub par pizza. However, my vegan girlfriend, was able to get a meal so that was the only plus side. I would never go there again. If you're not vegan, go to an actual pizza place that cares.

I typically do not write reviews but this must be shared. Does this look appetizing to anyone? Very disappointed. I've ordered thus exact same thing numerous times and never once has it looked so disgusting and thrown together. VOMIT LOOKS BETTER THAN THIS.

While the food tastes good there are several drawbacks. - Cross contamination is very bad so picky eaters or those with allergies beware. No offer of a clean cut, just kept using the same pizza cutter from previous orders. -The music is piped in so loudly that placing an order is very difficult. - Payment seems to be on the honor system as they were in such a hurry to cash me out that they missed 2/3 of our order and had to be corrected. - Topping distribution is horrible. They dropped our toppings down in clumps rather than spreading them around evenly. - One of the employees referred to their plant-based sausage as "cat food".

The pizza is fully customizable…hence the name. Thin crust, wood-fired. Cauliflower crust is a favorite. Plenty of toppings to choose from. Sauce has a uniqueness and tang that is pleasing. There was hardly any one in there but we felt rushed. My wife didn’t get pineapple because she did not have time to look. I missed getting oil because she was in a hurry to push me along. We will be back though because the food is fire.
