Placed an order ahead of time that wasn't ready by the time I got there. However, they quickly got my order made once they realized it wasn't ready and gave me a gift card for my trouble. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes but how well the people here addressed that mistake says a lot about them.

Ordered a plain iced green tea on my way to work, went to drink it and realized there was a ton of floating debris in it. When I called to ask about it they hung up on me. I understand that working is hard, especially customer service in the food industry at your prime time of operations and have compassion for that. I just needed to know what it was. People with serious allergies could die, last thing anyone wants is to have an anaphylactic reaction to something they just paid for while driving.

My experience this morning was one of the best encounters at any Starbucks location. Emma was kind, great to talk with and was helpful when my order was incorrect (my fault on the ordering side). She was simply amazing and was able to turn my almost frustrating morning into something beautiful. Thank you for making my Manic Monday a memorable one!

This is a great location. They are very quick and pleasant to their customers. One particular employee stands out his name was David. I placed a large order early that morning. He came over and helped with the order with a smile during a busy rush. He was doing many jobs at the same time. He went above and beyond to make sure he could get my large order done quickly. I was very impressed by how professional and Curtis he was. He is an assistant to your company. Very impressed!
