Recently needed to replace screws in a pair of Gucci sunglasses and the staff did so quickly. Over the years, I and my family have purchased several glasses at Complete Eye Care and have never been disappointed in the products or services. They have a beautiful and varied selection of brands and styles for my whole family. I highly recommend getting your next glasses at Complete Eye Care Center!

Very amazed by how fast they are. Came in for new lenses because my old ones are really scratched and prescription sunglasses . They only took 2 days and everything was ready. Plus they installed my lenses in 1 hour! Customer service was also great. Arsenio answered all my question and sized everything up perfectly. Thank you very much.

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this place like the plague. First compare their frame prices with online services like Zenni for example. Nearly identical frames are as much as 10 to 20 times more. I got a frame that was $250 and was similar to pairs on Zenni for $6.95. When I went to pick up the glasses I was ignored for a long time then one lady finally asked if I needed help. So I gave her my name and she fumbled around and couldn't find my glasses despite having called me to say they are ready. She stopped looking and said nothing to me then started helping others and calling people to tell them their glasses are ready. Finally a guy from the back came out and asked if he could help me. After a while he disappeared into the back and no one was helping me. So I said excuse me "are my glasses not ready?" Both women gave me a strange look as though they couldn't remember who I was. Finally the guy in back came out again and managed to find the glasses that were right there on the shelf where neither of the women could find them. Then I tried the glasses on and I could see better at a distance without the glasses. So these progressives just ended up being an extremely expensive $500 pair of reading glasses that I get for 99 cents at the discount store, so $500 wasted. I'm going to order from an online service and get REAL glasses and save $$$$$$$. BTW the lens that I like on Zenni for $35 were $400 at this place and with the progressive lenses would have been $800. I can get the same thing online for $250 to $300. Unless you like throwing money away I would advise to STAY AWAY from this place.

I was in and out in an hour without an appt and received an eye exam and a new set of frames/lenses on the spot for $120. There was maybe a 10 min wait before my eye exam and then they asked if I preferred to wait 20 mins afterwards so they could get my new glasses ready or come back for them. Excellent service and everyone was really nice. Spanish speakers are available

Absolutely. Thats what I've done for many years. They also offer scratch & glare resistant, Transitions, & about 40 varying shades for all of your sunglasses needs. It starts at $75 though and goes up from there.

They wouldn't be contacted that way. You have a better chance of calling them for faster results. They are closed on sundays to keep in mind.

They do except full coverage medical which would cover the eye exam and a pair of glasses of a very small selection, Although, you may upgrade frames starting at 10$

Temples? Priceless. (I don't understand the question of how much are temples)...... As far as simple adjustments etc., in my experience (10+ yrs I've been their client) they've always helped in assuring my glasses are set right or fixed if I bring them in for adjustments.
