The worst service ever!!! I needed new glasses and the lady working there with long nails was racist and rude! First, she skipped my roll call number and then she spoke with me attitude and was not willing to work at all. She was more concerned about her time being wasted than someone in need of help with their eyesight. Horrible service and horrible attitude. They need to fire her before she does more damage to the company.

Costco optical the best!!! Good prices and good service, thanks. But the optometrist ( the one at los Feliz) isn’t doing a good work , he wrote the wrong prescription for my glasses; don’t go there for an exam.

Great customer service here. I was helped by three people over a couple of weeks and Francisco rocks. He had so much patience with me and my wanting a perfect pair of frames for my daughter (who wasn't with me to fit). Very happy with his help and the whole friendly staff here. Will be back! Prices are good too, although everyone is getting competitive with glasses pricing these days since they are all made so cheaply in China (except for a few Italian brands). Good selection of basics here.

showed up right at 10, dr. showed up at 10:30. they're supposedly open for business at 10. they also don't mention you should make an appointment. i've used them before as a walk-in and didn't had any problems, but their service has gone downhill. waited for an hour and couldn't get a clear answer if i would get an exam or not. terrible communication from their receptionist/scheduler, they lost an exam and a couple of eyeglass prescriptions. as if they gave a crap.
