Honestly the worst dinning experience I’ve ever had. Not a stranger to BWW, so I know what to expect. This was just all around trash. Our waiter took our drink orders & we didn’t receive our drinks until about an hr later. Even after constant reminders every time we caught a glimpse of him. Drink orders finally came & were wrong. Same situation when it came to our food. Extremely late & wrong. I can understand when the place is busy or the party is big but the restaurant was empty & our party only had 4 people. Not to mention the table directly next to us was filthy & never cleaned, the entire 3hrs we were there. After talking with the manager he apologized & then walked away. He offered us nothing & was quite rude in his apology. I wont be returning.

Unpleasant experience..staff was rude. We even reevaluated the tip we were going to give her. Waitress seemed cool at first and as the night went on you can tell she was annoyed for whatever reason! That same annoyed don’t want to be bothered attitude reflected through her service unfortunately. 3 incidents happened… •1. There was something with Wings (Fly, Gnat, Etc) floating in one of the drinks brought to our table. (It was in the middle of the cup). •2. Someone at my table asked politely for replacement wings. (Due to the fact that Everyone else’s came out looking fresh and saucy While hers looked Dry as if they’ve been sitting out, very unappealing. which is why she requested for a different flavor)..okay let’s rewind…. during the time she asked for the replacement wings. (A young man with a rolled up beanie on his head and a Fanny pack across his chest) who seemed to be working the bar but bringing out our food said something in regards to her requesting a replacement. “*Stares in complete silence* ___ That’s Wild”. Looks at our waitress and walks away…RUDE AF. I asked if he just said what i thought he said and what was Wild about her asking for a replacement? Waitress finished the “Wing consultation” with an attitude and proceeded into the kitchen. •3. I had a nice strand of black hair in my food. When i showed the strand to the waitress. She responded with I’m just going to get you a manager. I told her okay that would be great. I only wanted fresh wings without the hair. Nonetheless the Manager took care of the food issues. I feel like he could’ve seemed more polite or sincere about it. But that’s just my opinion. He helped so I’m okay with that. I frequent this location often And usually the food is dry but service is amazing Today was the complete opposite. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Wrong day, Wrong staff maybe. But s/o to the hostess at the front door tonight ! She was awesome. She kept us updated on our table, and she was super friendly and polite!

Food was good. I got charged for chili on my nachos, but did not get any. I asked for no sour cream on the nachos but did get that on them. Everything else was very good. They could have had a better system set up to show you where to pick up your carry-out order. Not the best experience I've had at B-dubs.

Very unprofessional I went at 2pm on a Friday restaurant barely full stood to be seated for 10 mins no one acknowledged us I had to go find the server who said it’s a 25-30 minute wait bcuz they have one server. It was literally 5 tables …Hey Jennifer. Thanks for letting us know about this, we are very sorry about the poor service you had with us. There is one day they do half price on boneless, and another day they do half price on bone in, just not sure which days

I placed an order at night was moved to the following Morning which has never happened before Long story short when I asked to have my card refunded $38- I was told it it would take up to 25 days Most merchants are 10 days :( It doesn't sound right
