It was my first time visiting Wingstop & I was immediately warmly greeted with “ WELCOME TO WINGSTOP” by cashier Diane I was overwhelmed by all the menu choices She proceeded to navigate me through to help me make the sure my order was exactly what I was looking for She was a very kind and professional individual Definitely recommend this location

If I could give this place 0 stars I will! My husband & I love wing stop & decided to get food from here. I called a dozen of times to place an order but the phone wasn’t ringing so I decided to stop in. Even worst idea! Come in & wasn’t greeted. Short lady in the front” are you here for pick up?” I told her no I wanted to place an order. She said they were only taking orders online… 🤔 like huh? I said okay I was calling you guys. She told me that the phone wasn’t working. All these red flags but I still placed the order. After I placed the order I came in to asked if she received the order so that I can go to Aldi before it closed. The lady totally ignored as I was calling her. I had to go behind the glass to get her attention & this lady still ignored me. Smh Got the food & drinks and it was a bug in my husband drink. I took a look at the glass & couldn’t help but to see this posted on it. Look at the pictures below. So the phone don’t work, the system to place orders in the store don’t work, no employees. Why are they still open? Anyways worst worst experience in my life at a fast food restaurant. I always have respect for the ppl that prepared my food but this lady was asking me to cursed her out! Please save your time & patience.
