We came to this restaurant to celebrate my son’s birthday with a bunch of his cousins. The customer service from the waitress was extremely poor. She was not attentive which was strange especially since the restaurant was not packed. She was moving so fast, that she failed to bring out the correct drinks. She thought it a great idea to sit these incredibly large strawberry lemonades in front of both of my 3 year olds. When we asked for children’s cups - she was short in her tone! The food was good but the service was trash.

The quality of service unfortunately is going down the host is never at the front to seat you so servers just take over to keep the frustration low. The food is just ok and what used to cost $25 has now become $60 for the same order. The servers are just ill-trained kids that know very little about customer service. I basically pick my server when I visit because there are a couple of good ones.

We arrived and we're seated within a minute. The people seated just second ahead of us had their drinks and food. After 15+ minutes a table of 9 teens were seated next to us. Another couple of minutes went by and the teens were having their order taken. We waited a few more minutes. We never were served, offered drinks, never had an order taken, and no wait staff came over to us. We left without being served. If I could give no stars, I would have. You lost a customer!
