Not a good experience today. Mobile order today with not so busy but still missing the topping. After they “ added back” the topping. There is a plum inside which is weird for a non plum taste yoghurt drink ??? The most important there is no straw for bubbles. Seriously?! Only the thin straw available. The staff just like walking around looking for the straw but no one know where is it. Please make sure one experience staff available on each shift in order the make the whole operation smooth!!

Thoroughly unsatisfying bubble tea. We got various types of milk tea - all the flavors tasted more or less the same, and the milk has a weird aftertaste.

Lots of delicious flavors of Buble tea. It's a fun drink for kids with jelly and bubbles. This place is popular and always busy but the staff is great and very fast in serving.

This is my go to location for KFT although there's another location closer to me. The RIO location is easy to access as there's garage parking and plenty of curb sidewalk space. This location is a bit busy cause of all the folks going to RIO. But they're pretty quick at mixing the drinks. I like that you can adjust ice and sugar levels cause I generally get mine with the lowest amount of sugar added. I do get different things each visit so not sure how that factors in comparing to other reviews saying they're inconsistent. But I've always enjoyed my drinks from this KFT location.
