Great job! Especially knowing all the story of my issues with technicians I saw in the past 2 months, I lost my hope to get my phone screen repaired. My story began 2 months ago when I went to repair the phone screen near my house, and a technician explained that they don’t have Samsung Galaxy A01 screens. So he suggested to book the phone screen and wait. I waited for 2 months to the screen be received as the technician explained it was ordered from some special place , but when it came it appeared that it was a wrong screen. The technician ordered a new one, but that also was a wrong one. After more than 2 months of empty efforts to get my phone screen repaired, I went to T-mobile phone store and was directed to the Tech clinic. I came there at the end of the work day, but the technician agreed to help me, as he explained ,not because of the business , but due to this desperate situation: I lost 2 clients living without a phone, I had a drama at work,etc. So desperate and frustrated was I. Without any hope to be helped I handed my phone to the technician Mr. Elman, and to my big surprise he solved my problem in 30 minutes.

Would absolutely recommend this place and I will definitely go there again with any future tech related things that need to be repaired (even though I hope that won’t happen too soon again of course). My phone got run over by a car and was damaged pretty badly but the tech clinic employees replaced the screen in about 30 minutes and I ended up paying way less than I anticipated. Such helpful and courteous workers!
