I recently left the North Lane Location in pine hills attempting to buy an EYELINER for work tomorrow. It was 8:53pm & the doors were already locked. The store closes at 9:00pm. The tall girl at the door ignored me the entire time I was standing at the door. Someone was coming out of the store and the door was unlocked to let them out, so I asked her if I could please buy an eyeliner. She said “we’re closed” I told her, “but it’s 8:55 and I just need an eyeliner”. She laughed then repeated “ok, and we’re closed” and proceeded to shut the door in my face while I was still talking and locked it. Now granted I understand closing times, everyone has them..but if it’s 7 whole minutes left, you’re really not going to allow a customer to buy ONE item knowing that you closed the doors 7 minutes early?! I literally shop here all the time, it’s not always the most pleasant experience but I still try to give the store a chance. Staff is rude during checkout, they barely speak to you when you go to the register and they hold personal conversations amongst themselves while checking out customers. If you need help, they act annoyed especially when you ask them questions. I drive from Altamonte Springs just to shop here because their aren’t many hair stores with variety over here but after tonight, NEVER AGAIN‼️.. it was made very CLEAR what my value is as a customer. How I was treated tonight is inexcusable regardless of the time‼️All it takes is that ONE really bad experience to push away a good returning customer. I really wish I could have given zero stars for the review. The one star that was left was mandatory…🙂

I really love Beauty exchange. The young lady that always help me name is Tay. She's always there and very helpful. The managers are nice also!!
