I honestly don't think there are enough words to describe how amazing Todd Memorial was in the handling of my father. My father passed away unexpectedly and left behind me and my younger sisters. We were all scrambling and dreaded going to the mortuary to arrange his cremation and services. Brian helped us along the way and is so compassionate about what he does. There are very few people who are meant for their line of work and Brian is one of them. He treated my father like a person, not a price tag. Brian was very thorough, very helpful and very comforting, yet professional throughout the whole experience. The other staff were just as helpful and sweet. They are very knowledgeable. They treat everyone, on earth or in heaven, with the utmost honor and respect. Highly recommend using Todd Memorial services for arranging your most difficult times with loved ones.

These people laid my mother to rest during this COVID season. My mother passing was already a hardship but during this time in history was extremely pressed, difficult, and felt sterile. Todd's Memorial put the care back into our family's situation. They did not treat us as if my mother was another business transaction that they had to follow all the correct rules for. They treated us as a family mourning a loss during a difficult time. They tried their best to be accommodating where they could, and explained when they couldn't and help come up with solutions! Thank you very much for your care. Side note- my mother was cremated and they cremated the deceased in the close you give them for the funeral, so don't use the favorite outfit if you want to keep it. I misunderstood that bit of information and my dad was sad cause he loved the outfit we put her in. God Bless, I hope this helps in anyway.
