Lazy, incompetent and anything but helpful. For starters understand this, paying your bill is not a privilege it is a requirement, and demanding that customers who live very active and very busy lives who rely on online bill pay to pay their bill to be told they now have to pay cash only from now on it’s not only inconvenient it is extremely unprofessional and honestly a bit shady. Put a little more effort into doing your job, instead of immediately saying I’m sorry I can’t do anything for you before you even try anything is lazy, incompetent, and very disrespectful. Having been a loyal honest customer since 2017 and receive this kind of treatment is obscene, and having your bill unnecessarily raised in the midst of a global pandemic when your income has been extremely shot is certainly not helpful either. And you wonder why the city had a protest over San Diego gas and electric conduct as of recently is certainly no surprise.

They sent us a letter claiming the planned outage would be on the 27th of March. I have the paper that has plan number: 196784. Here we are FEBRUARY 27th, power went out, and their website suddenly says that 196784 is happening today. This is the second time we lost power without warning. I've absolutely had it. Are we supposed to ignore the letters they send us? Is only the site accurate?

Went there 2 days ago to set up new account (couldn't do online). The staff were extremely helpful, fast and polite. In and out in less than 10 minutes and the job was done.
