Along with the 1850s church and it's cemetery is also remnants of the north / south route of Old Carolina Rd: predecessor of US Rt 15. Segment closed off for traffic is found in the west side of the cemetery. Route follows north along Watson Rd and Evergreen Mill Rd towards Leesburg.

Small park with historic 1850's church/graveyard and some civil war history and significance. There is ample historical signage regarding both the church, and civil war battle, along with a nice forested trail around back. Great place for a short outing with kids or anyone interested in history.

Well maintained and significant site. Met with two historians there and learned a great deal about Col. John S. Mosby and his Rangers. Fascinating!

A park that is historic. Graveyard is quite attractive. Church is not open to visitors. Several information displays dotted around the site. Worth a visit if you are a history buff. Probably very pretty in fall.
