We had a great experience shopping for my daughter's Prom dress. The ladies are assigned to one customer and are extremely helpful and organized so they make the fitting rooms run smoothly. We went during the week in the evening to try and avoid big crowds so the wait was not long. She was able to find her prom dress in less than 2 hours!

Terrible customer service, Not friendly plus size, Overbearing front desk guy, Worst experience looking for a prom dress My daughter had to fit the wrong size until I asked to find her a dress in the correct size. She is very embarrassing and had to expose herself to all the people looking at her because the mirrors were out of change. rooms the staff never suggested a dress suitable for her body overheard them talking outside the dressing room asking about her size saying she was too big this should be a nice experience and my daughter left the place crying if you don't have the perfect body and size, this is not the place for you.

Outstanding experience. Our sales associate was very helpful and made sure we tried on all the dresses my daughter had in her pick list. It is best to print a list of the dresses in advance to take to the store and give to your associate. It is also good to arrive early and make sure you read how things work on their website. They have a wide variety of plus size formal wear and can order your size if needed. They also cross match to guarantee that no one else will have your dress on at the prom. There are also plenty of catalogs to search through!

You would have too take the orange line Washington/Wabash too Midway and then take the 62H going down archer and it should leave u at the light
It will be better for you to go in the store. They have a lot to choose from and if the dress that you see is online it can be found in the store. I think they can order it for you in time for prom.
They go down to double 0 you may need to get hemmed if she is shorter, but I would recommend having almost every dress altered
