Great service! Robert was a very courteous, let us do our thing, when we needed help he was available and had all the answers to our questions! We have purchased many things from Ashley's and have been pleased with everything! Thank you to everyone that helped or served us at this location!

I went into Ashley Furniture looking for a new sectional. I was greeted by Sean Hicks who asked if he could assist me. I knew exactly what I was looking for and asked if he could just point me in the right direction. Sean was very patient and kind in showing me the different styles, and offered suggestions on different configurations available. I am a very particular person and once I have something in my mind it is difficult to sway me. Sean did ease me into being more open minded, and although I didn't purchase the sofa from him I will definitely be back to see him for my future needs. 10/10 would recommend.

F- Ashley was really pushing us to leave a good review after we purchased our items. The women we dealt with was great and we thought it would be a painless process so we left a good review before receiving our furniture. I’m guessing that is why they have 4 stars. I can’t imagine other people are actually satisfied with this incompetent company. Ashley’s furniture is cheaply made and breaks easily. Almost all the pieces we had delivered were broken or damaged. We ordered a table in November 2021 - it was delivered broken in mid-February. Now it’s March 2022 and the broken table is still in our garage waiting to be picked up and replaced. I’ve even offered to drop it off at an Ashley Store for a refund but was told they can only offer in store credit. I will never order from Ashley again. Don’t do it. There are other furniture stores for the price that have better customer service and quality furniture for a relatively similar price. We’ve deleted our previous good review. — (updated after Ashley posted a reply) I have reached out to Ashley customer support each step of the way, and visited the store in Leesburg 3 times. No one has the ability to help. Each support agent or store employee claims they have to email someone else to get approval for refund/furniture replacement etc. Basically there is no one to contact in real time that has the authority to make a decision. Each customer facing employee passes the buck, which makes getting anything done quickly an impossibility and because the decision makers don’t speak directly with the customer, there is increased opportunity for miscommunication. That’s the hole we fell in, and since ordering a table in November 3rd (now March 16th) we are still without a table.
