This was the worse experience I’ve ever had at rainbow. They definitely need security Bc the associate Landrea was offensive aggressive rude nasty and loud with my daughter and myself. Her behavior puts innocent unsuspecting customers at risk if someone reacts to her bad behavior. She became loud and disgustingly rude when we ask about using a service rainbows offers to its customers. She then began to get loud with me, and telling me to answer her question before she could answer mine. She shouted for someone to help call a diff store and when they were unable to she turned and yelled at me saying we don’t have time to call another store. Once offended my daughter decided not to purchase her item Bc she was shouting, smart mouth and kept asking us if we were ready being very impatient Bc we wanted two separate transactions. I’m hurt and offended Bc my daughter witness this disgusting behavior and once I Askd my daughter for ppr to record she slam ppr on the counter and said here you need ppr like I don’t care what you write dwn or who you tell so I decline her ppr called customer services and as I’m getting the detail info my husband ask her her name and she was nasty to him. All this on Mother’s Day. Once she realize I was talking to Corp she became overly nice letting ppl go on unauthorized areas of the store to use the bathroom holding up the line I’m now back in to get a record of my experience in the store by buying something. So I patiently waited then she rung me up shoved my receipt in my bag and didn’t say thank you, so I said thank you and left staying polite and keeping my tone in check. Meanwhile my daughter googling rainbow stores near the north side where she’s lives so she’ll never ever come back to this store and possible find the item she was looking for somewhere else. Horrible employee and her bad behavior should be dealt with.

This is my go to for outfits, cute shoes & accessories. Also if you order online and you dont like what you bought or it doesn't fit, you can return it back to the store in its original packaging and invoice. In return you will get s store credit to buy whatever you want there or your funds returned to your card in 5 days.

I’m not sure what was going on here but the older lady had such a horrible attitude. I came in with an exchange for a larger sandal for my child and she kept cutting me off in mid sentence. Rolling her eyes because i assumed all stores had the same clearance sale. She was so unpleasant that i said forget the sale and went back to the original place that i had shopped before even though it was out of my way. I wouldn’t recommend a dog visit here

Refunds are given on regular, sale and clearance-priced merchandise returned with the original receipt and tags attached. Footwear must also be returned with the original box.
