Very friendly and professional. When I first visited they told me they would be closed for a week and would I like to go to another store. I continued with them, the new battery came in and they replaced it before they went away. Turned out they my diagnosis was wrong, the battery was discharging for another reason. They took the computer in, trouble shooted the machine for a week, made several adjustments and I picked up the machine. The machine is performing very well. There was no added charge for considerable additional work. Highly recommend.

I came here in desperation after the Apple Store told me my 3 year old MacBook was toast and that they would send it off to replace all the components for $575. Apple told me that the computer passed the diagnostics and they tried re-installing the OS but nothing was working. The guy who helped me at Dave's Computers was calm, pleasant and honest. He first noted that Apple had returned the laptop to me COMPLETELY DEAD/NOT CHARGED. The next day, he calls and tells me it's FIXED! He had charged the Macbook and reinstalled the OS. Reasonable prices, and nice honest people. I will definitely come here next time before going to the Apple Store again...!

How old is the pc? This actually happened to me when I first built my pc. The issues was something I downloaded which kept crashing my pc. I contacted Microsoft support and they had me disable some programs I forget what I ran for that. A possible fix is to clean boot your pc if it’s a software issue
