I ordered some Spec-D lights for my 2019 Ram. I made sure that I ordered the correct headlights for the non-LED (halogen) OEM headlights truck. When they arrived they looked great. I inspected them as per the suggestion on the flyer in the box. I looked up the Spec-D Tuning YouTube video for installation as the lights do not come with any instructions. It isn't hard to install them but it is time consuming. The lights themselves come with the same connector as the factory so other than the turn lights they are literally plug and play (or so you would think). I checked and rechecked that I had the turn signal connector connected positive to positive and put it all back together. I shouldn't have done that because when I went to turn them on the head lights (low beam) did not come on. The led running lights/turn lights and marker lights worked fine. Had the breathing effect and the sequential turn signals and all. But the low and high beam lights would not come on. I verified that the bulbs in my old headlights were halogen. I took the lights out and checked the connectors and made sure a third time I hooked the turn lights up correctly and nothing worked. I reached out to both Spec-D Tuning (the manufacturer) and Pro Tuning Lab for support and they both just said to check the connectors. No other advice. I finally asked if I could exchange them for a new set. Pro Tuning Lab claims a 30 day return policy. I didn't want my money back I wanted headlights that work. Especially since I paid close to $700 for them. Well turns out they have very little willingness to help and seemingly every intention of NOT honoring their return policy as the stipulation is they must be sent back and you wait for them to be "tested" to see if they are defective. All the while you are stuck, out $700 and no headlights, not to mention the hassle of reinstalling your old headlights and then eventually if they decide to honor their policy install the Spec-D's a second time. I suggest you buy your headlights from Amazon where you can easily send them back if they are defective and get replacements in a couple days. I will never buy from either company again. With this kind of customer service I doubt they will be around much longer. They are not competitive enough on price or service.

I love spec d tuning! I got their Spec D Tuning catback Exhaust and it's just great, a little hard to install so I got it done professional but it sounds and runs amazing I highly recommend! I can't wait for the headlights I got to.

Bought tail lights and barely got a year out of them and they went out. Lights are sealed and can only be fixed for almost the same price you payed for them. Really poor product unfortunately because they look great. I would recommend buying a different set from a place that has confidence in the product they sell with a warranty that last longer than 90 days. Check other reviews, same issue....buyers beware!

Bought a pair of halo headlights for my civic, Only problem I encountered was installing the blinkers. The slots for the factory blinkers are facing the wrong way, so they don't twist in correctly. Also expected the lights to be white. Bought new bulbs to fix that. Wiring and installation was easy, love the look of the new lights. Also have the Spec-D exhaust, doesn't have the raspy fart can sound. Overall a good brand, looking forward to buy more products in the future.
