Home goods at Hillsborough location used to be good with lovely people as managers and cashiers at the register, not any more!!!!! A girl at the register (in her 20’s) and the Indian manager (shethal) were so rude during return!!

Lady at the register is too pushy with getting you to apply for the home goods credit card! I was told to try to remember my the number on my license because I didn’t have it with me and that the process does not affect your credit score but it did. No means NO!

Love this store. I usually visit once a week to see what's new on the shelves. They are pretty well stocked now and have good seasonal items. Things also go on clearance often.

I went to look for curtains on February 15th 2022 and when I had a question for the salesperson (which I wasn’t sure if she worked there), she was very sarcastic and rude. She was fluffing pillows and said what does it look like I am doing, of course I work here . When I went to the register to check out I asked the cashier if she was manager and she said yes .I thought she should apologize to me for her nasty tone of voice and indirect comments. I will think twice about shopping here in the future .
