Great for parking!!! My server at bdubs was bragging about how her man parks there when they work, and NEVER GET TOWED!!!! Tried it out and it's true. Was dining in for about 1 hr and car was still there afterwards. AMAZING!!!! Thank you Princess for the tip!!!!

Was at this location today for the first time because the other one in Lincoln Park had closed down. I love their stuff even though everything is so expensive. The customer service was excellent -- pleasant, smiling people that seem to enjoy working there. Special kudos go to Kathy, who is gracious and very professional. Will definitely be back to buy some more cool stuff!

I have been to this location twice in the last couple of years. In both visit I was able to buy what was needed and what I was looking for merchandise wise, but there seems to be very few Wamsutta (HUGE FAN OF THEIR MERCHANDISE) in the store these days. I am huge fan of the designer and BBB carried a lot of their products back in the day. It was the only retailer in Chicago that did, now it seems to be only a few things left in the store. First time I came were for the Wamsutta sheets (LOVE THEIR SHEET LINE - SO SOFT - GOOD 4 SINUS CONDITION) and all were on SALE and few were left and none were coming back or being restock. The second time which was today 4/15/22 I came for the towels and I was able to get the last of the Wamsutta Egyptian Towels, plenty of wash clothes, hands towels, regular towels, but I ended getting the last two bath sheets in different colors. The store has always been clean and the pricing you can’t beat because I paid $80.00 for two bath sheets (GOOD TOWELS - COSTLY LAST FOR A MINUTE) when most high end stores are charging over $100.00 for one bath sheet. There was plenty of stock and the cashier extremely was pleasant because it is the closest one to me I will be returning but only if they still carry at least some or what’s left of Wamsutta. I know U can order that same designer product online on Wamsutta own website but it is so much better to get it now and use right away not wait for anyone’s delivery mess.

Curious to know is it policy to ask customers if they are shopping for insta cart... or is it the Black customers with a cart full of various household items. Because no other cashier asked that question to the other customers who where white. My cashier person was Black, let's not assume everyone that's Black shopping at BBB can't just be shopping for self. First I was asked if I need a gift receipt for a few items.. Okey I guess people don't buy foot massagers and muscle massagers for themselves... then proceeded to ask if it was instacart. And I asked what's that...but I knew what it was. Why was I asked that ? Then asked if I had my coupons ready like what??? I come here all the time and my receipt is never less than 400 and this really irritated me. I would hate to stop shopping here becauec of the assumption that black people with a cart full of items can't just be shopping like everyone else. Spoke to a manager the same day and he said they get a lot instacart shoppers.. what does that have to do with me????? Why was I asked ????No one else was asked but me and just so happen, I'm the only black people at the cashier and everyone is white and my cashier was the only person that asked that. Get it together
