I can always find great gifts for baby showers here. The place is always clean and well organized. The staff is great. I just wish they were in a better location for visibility.

As me and the father of my child TRIED to shop around for Baby clothes the manager Terry continued to interrupt me and my spouse as we spoke to one another while shopping in the store. Terry continued to ask if we needed any assistance as we continued to refuse-Terry got upset for whatever reason and refused for me and my spouse to purchase anything. When I asked for corporates number Terry refused to provide me ANY service at all. I was confused and baffled and stated I would not leave without corporates number because I needed to file a complaint. Terry then said she’s call the police if I did not leave the store. Again, all this erupted from me and the father of my child not needing ANY assistance shopping for our first child’s/new borns clothing. Terry’s attitude was SO disgusting-I had to share this review with the world. BE AWARE and I recommend you do not shop at this Carter’s. I mind you this was from refusing to speak to Terry while trying to shop and trying to enjoy the bonding time me and my spouse were having. I am a new mother and I’m not sure if the manager Terry was jealous, miserable, or just spiteful. Very unprofessional and until this day I don’t know why the manger of the store Terry got so upset when me and the father of my child continued to ignore her, mind our business, tried to shop, tried to bond over buying our first born baby clothing. It triggered something in the manager Terry and she became bitter. I refused, we refused assistance while shopping but Terry continued to butt in to mine and the father of my child’s conversations throughout the store-instead of responding we chose to look the other way. That made the manager of this Carter’s store VERY ANGRY. When I found it to be rude to butt into other people’s conversations or continue to disturb people as they’re trying to shop when they’ve already stated they didn’t need any assistance finding their new borns Baby clothing.
