Dr. Mellisa Mayberry is one of the best doctors I have seen in my life, she is friendly, cheerful and very professional, she takes all the time necessary to check you and explain the entire procedure step by step, the people in the front office and the rest of the staff They are very kind and they solve your issues super fast, they do everything, they even make appointments for other specialists. Thank you guys.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible customer service. MY mother had an appointment and was 15 mins early. The receptionist asked her why she was there early since they had no intention of seeing her before her scheduled appointment. My mother said it was her first time there and she likely had to fill out paperwork not to be seen early. She was later turned away because despite me giving the clinic her insurance information twice and them verifying the insurance and referral over the phone prior to her appointment they couldn't see her because according to them my mom belonged to a different medical group not contracted with them. My mother has been seeing the provider who referred her for over 10 yrs they can't tell me that she has been seeing the wrong doctor and medical group for years, and the insurance continues to pay for visits. I called to complain and let them know they were wrong. The medical group approver for her to be seen at the clinic and the woman I spoke with rudely responded to me saying I was wrong and they don't verify insurance or referrals for first time patients which make no sense. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for 10 minutes for the manager not to answer and them later hang up on me. The worst of the worst! Called her insurance and they verified that my mother's medical group is the one who she has been seeing and The staff was wrong. Do not come to this place.

I Love going to Dr. de La Peña for my yearly check up. Dr Mishima is the best... he answers my questions and go has great suggestions... the girls are awesome... they are quick to check me in and get me out... Giovanna in Optometry was awesome she gave me a rundown of what my insurance covers and how much I would be paying extra... but for the glasses I got (Ray Ban’s glasses) ended up paying less than $50 with insurance included... so I love it...
