Well I did liked the service just that as soon I put my feet in water it was cold but she fixed it lets make sure that water is nice and Moro hot than warm ladies please but other then that it was good

Me and my friend have gone a total of 3 times to this nail place. We were pleased with the work & the prices & little to no wait time. This last time I called to make an appointment at 1130am and asked if they had any appointments available they said yes and I asked what the latest time they could take me and they said 6 and I asked for 2 refills for that time and they took my name and said see you then. When me and my friend arrive they kept looking at us and they come over to ask if I had made an appointment or just walked in and I told them I had called and made an appointment they then proceeded to look in there appointment book extra and then decided to have the other lady come over and ask me ONCE MORE if I made an appointment because they couldn’t find my name in the book as if I were lying. Very unprofessional and I will never give them business again. If you don’t want to take late appointments then don’t tell people you will take them and later decide you don’t want to do them!! Very LASY unprofessional staff. Do NOT recommend
