Rent is high and every year they raise it at least 20 dollars. Still a nice place to live if you can afford payment on a trailor and as of now 650 dollars in lot rent. Which is going up shortly But that does include sewage, water, garbage and snow removal. If we get any.

The lot rent here at Mountain View is $654/month. That includes the water, sewer, trash and recycling.
