Big thank you to Jeff! Two weeks ago I had a race and 3 days before the event my rear derailleur bended and broke the chain. I called Jeff and he scheduled me as emergency and fixed the bike to perfection. Did the race and ended up 3rd on my age group. No bad for my first ever Giro di San Diego medio fondo 32mi.

I came in with a broken chain and knowing my derailleurs were out of alignment. They took great care of my bike, "got under the hood" and found another problem with the gearshift and replaced a frayed derailleur cable. They had me riding again within a few days at a fair price. They even took the time to show me some of what they found while the bike was in the rack, and lubed up each link of the repaired chain individually. Absolutley great service! I'll be coming back 😀

My grandson’s bike got a flat tire while we were out bike riding. We found the Mission Trails Bike Shop online and brought his bike over. Everyone there was so nice and friendly - they fixed his tire in about 10 minutes, and the price was great. Couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I definitely recommend!!

My first time going a few days ago. I got there just as they were opening up and before they could even get the doors unlocked were helping a customer ahead of my, then myself. I didn't get the gentleman's name, but he was very kind and helpful. I needed new tires and tubes and asked for a recommendation for the style of riding I usually practice (half street, half trail, nothing crazy) and was recommended a pair of shoes I never would've picked myself. Slapped them on myself and I'm setting personal best after personal best. Definitely a great fit for me. This will be my regular spot for any tune up or repair I can't handle myself. Thanks!
