Customer service was unbelievably bad. Came from Arizona and got a flat tire on the way. They were absolutely no help and only had the intention of making us spend the most money possible. When we were in line another customer came in without a membership and the manager used his for that customer but when I tried to use my parents membership they said it was "non-transferable". Discount tire is right behind the corner. Way better customer service and way more helpful (and cheaper). Don't waste your time trying to deal with these guys just go to discount tire.

I ordered 4 tires online to have them ship to this Costco tires center because this is the only one in San Diego county that work on class C RV ( I had 2 front one replace by them 2 years earlier ) now they are no longer work on RV ! they could not give me my money back on the installation because I bought them online ! however what they said they can do is to cancel the whole order(which I already paid for ) and then they can make another bill of sale for the exact tires at $175.00 more without the installation fee ! how radicular that sound !

We had a damaged tire that we just discovered when we tried to add air to the tire. Nick came to our rescue. Great positive attitude. He took care of removing the damaged tire add putting on the spare. He didn't make us wait in line. He saw our distress and turned the situation into a positive experience. Nick is AWESOME!!!
