I don't know if they are under new ownership or management but the guy was not the guy that I've been having work on my shoe's for 30 years and my family was going to him before that. This new guy does not pay attention to what the customer ask to have done and he has no people skills. After paying $70 to have inner sole relined on 2 pairs of shoes and sandal straps re-glued on 1 pair of sandles, he says to my husband when he took shoes back to be fixed properly that if I didn't like their work I should of went else where. Unbelievable and by the way mister...I had no intentions on coming back to someone that provides below standard services and doesn't care about his return customer base.
