They were extremely rude and condescending when I simply wanted to inquire about a custom cake order for my son's birthday. I can't imagine what the full experience would be like if the initial impression was so poor. It was endless reasons why they couldn't help us... well we didn't get your voicemail so too bad, well this picture isn't going to work for the # of people you have, well we only are available to do consultations during very limited timeframes, and the list goes on. This was one email after another since they refused to speak to me on the phone.

We got our wedding cake through piece 'a cake. We went for the chocolate/vanilla marble, and it was delicious! I think their could've been more sugar flowers on the cake but it was still beautiful.

Absolutely stunning work! We commissioned a Nutcracker-themed birthday cake for our niece's themed birthday, and Piece 'a Cake delivered perfectly! It was not only beautiful, but equally as delicious! We cannot recommend them more!
