I get the store reset challenges, but wow. If there was ever a visit that exemplified “The beatings will continue until morale improves.”, this was it. I came across at least 4 people, no one looked at me or made me feel like I could ask a question. I knew exactly what I needed and thought I’d keep it local and somewhat convenient. I’m quite sure the items I needed were there, but they couldn’t have been less helpful. Not a fan of HD, but that’s where I’m headed to now to get those basic plumbing items. Even HD employees will look at you and say ‘Hi’. That’s a low bar and you failed at that.

Customer service not good. When placing initial order employee rude and condensing. Placed the order with assurance I would be called when it arrived, never called. Order was incorrect, not employees fault, was told what the cost would but I was actually charged $24 more than quoted price when finally received order. Employee again rude when I questioned price. Will no longer shop at Wehrungs Macungie.
