I came to put my dog down late in the evening on July 4 and was treated with the utmost care and respect. The night time staff were so very compassionate and kind. They allowed us plenty of time to be with my dog. The veterinarian calmly and quietly explained the procedure and what to expect so there would be no surprises. This was the hardest thing I’ve had to do in a very long time and I feel like they eased my own pain and anguish significantly. I’m so grateful.

I rarely have written reviews. I reserve them for exceptional circumstances. My family had one at this hospital. We couldn't be more thankful for the care our dog has received here. The facility is spotless, every employee is kind, professional, and highly competent. Dr. Kane saved our dog's life doing an emergency surgery on Mother's Day. We were accommodated in the most generous way imaginable. What a gift! We are eternally grateful.

The best!! Everyone there is so nice and knowledgeable! My guinea pig Wanda had to be hospitalized and they were so sweet with her and went above and beyond with her care and keeping me updated on how she was doing and answering my questions. A+++

My pets have been patients here since 2005. I now need meds for my pet. I called in a refill and because of a past experience I asked what was the expiration date for the bottle of med I was refilling for almost $100? Guess what? it expired in 1 month. My dog takes a small 0.8 ml dosage so this is insane. For that amount of money my dog won't drink all this medication within the month. This bottle usually last 3 months. So they want to make me pay for something that will be tossed literally in 3-4 wks. So I requested a smaller bottle the lady skimped so much that this refill won't last 1 month. She basically sold me an empty bottle. This is a nice place gone bad. Also how did I go from 20 refills to 4? I refill every 3 months what the heck is going on with you guys? Also there is no transparency the bottles don't have measurements on them so they sell you whatever they want for any price they wish and you pay blindly. It's really a shady practice. Please Beware.

Hello, we do have one doctor who is able to neuter them. We do require an exam first so we our doctor can do a thorough exam on your pet to make sure they are healthy and able to go under anesthesia. The exam cost is $131, and they can give you the exact cost of the neuter at that time. Call us at 805-495-4671 to book your appointment.
If you have an appointment it's about $60 but if you go in for an emergency visit its $150 plus whatever else is wrong with your pet
Hello, yes we do have a few doctors that can do this procedure. We would recommend Dr. Dueppen, Dr. Ravenscroft or Dr. Sweitzer for this procedure. If you are interested in scheduling an appointment, please give us a call at 805-495-4671.
Because your pet is considered an exotic (reptiles, rodents, rabbits etc.) the exam cost is roughly about $87 with a scheduled appointment. If you walk in as an emergency it is roughly about $115. If you would like to schedule an appointment or get more answers, please give us a call at 805-495-4671
I'm sorry I don't understand the question.
It depends on what size suite you are wanting for your pet. The best way to answer your question is to give us a call at 805-495-4671 and speak with our boarding staff and they would be happy to answer all of your questions.
It is roughly about $88 for a scheduled appointment for an exotic pet and the fecal test is roughly about $90.
We do see birds that are living in Ventura County. We are not seeing certain poultry due to the New Castle Disease. An scheduled appointment with a doctor is roughly about $87. If we need to run tests or send home medications those are additional charges. If you have any other questions or would like to schedule an appointment please give us a call at 805-495-4671. Thank you

We are currently only boarding birds that are living within the Ventura County due to the Newcastle Disease, so if you do live within this county it is roughly about $45 per night. You will have to bring the cage, food, and anything else your bird requires. If you have any further questions or would like to book your reservation, please give us a call at 805-495-4671. Thank you
