We have been living here for 10 months and we have been very impressed with the Management, Staff and Maintenance Employees!! Leon, Tony and Alesia who run the front office are always friendly, professional and courteous when you have a need to stop by. The Management really listens and responds to any concern or request you may have!! The maintenance staff is very responsive and professional as well and really care about the service they are providing. The apartments themselves are well maintained and extremely quiet and well constructed. The underground parking and reserved spaces are well lit and very secure. The convenience of this location is a real draw, tons of restaurants, the mall and Merriweather post pavilion is right next to the complex. Walking and biking trails right at your front door. Coming from a large single family home I owned for 30 years I’m extremely impressed and highly recommend this community.

Grey star took over as the management company a few months ago and things have definitely taking a turn for the better. The last company was very disorganized and not that responsive to calls or emails. The new company has turned a lot of it around. When I renewed my lease last year with the old company it took more than 2 months, countless emails, several office visits, and twice the person working on my lease renewal quit and I was not informed so I had no idea that there was no progress being made on my lease renewal. However, this time around they sent me an email about renewing and I was able to do it completely online with no headache. The maintenance team is truly amazing and most times when I submit a ticket they come the same day to fix everything.

I am so pleased with the new management company. They are kind, welcoming and informative. Everyone there wants to be helpful. The maintenance staff is timely and professional as well. The new Trash Butler Service is everything I thought it would be. I have absolutely no complaints. This community is truly a great place to call Home!

I'm in the market for a new apartment community. I came into the facility and was able to walk in and chat with a few residents. I walked down to the clubhouse level and was greeted by numerous packages and a large Amazon locker. At this point, I didn't bother going into the rental office. It's obvious that they aren't interested in appearances. Like, how overwhelming this must be for the ground residents. I would never want to open my door to this unorganized mess. I don't understand why there aren't rules for package delivery. If the hall looks like this I can imagine that there are other problems. I'm sure people complain about these packages because I sure would. It's a no for me! Next...
