Wanted to wait the 2 weeks to see if I got heat damage from my silk press (and I didn’t)! Nonetheless I enjoyed my experience with Precious. I have not had my hair straightened in 6 years since a bad experience at another salon, but Precious was very gentle and knowledgeable of the task. I loved feeling my hair move in the wind again. Will definitely come back in the future.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I went to get my hair colored from red to a medium chocolate brown curly hair and some curly hair clip-ins. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE LIGHTENING. Not only were the clip-ins falling when I got home my hair was frizzing and …At Plush Hair Salon & Spa we do not offer employment to people who are not licensed. We apologize about your experience with us. When you left on Wednesday you were happy and overjoyed by the results of your hair. Also, we remember you calling your mom on FaceTime and she said the color was great. We explained numerous times that the clip-ins cannot stay in your hair overnight. Your hair turn out as a beautiful brown and was not red. Also, we asked for a second opinion by a different hair stylist in another salon suite and she said your hair was brown, not red. We apologize to hear this new information about you not wanting a dark hair color. That was not mentioned during the appointment time on Wednesday. We do not expect our clients to be knowledgeable about hair color. Also, curl patterns cannot be ruined by permanent color when used and applied correctly, only bleach can loosen your curl pattern and your hair was not bleached. Additionally, you did not ask for your money back, we offered to refund you the amount you paid for the color service which we did and have on camera. When you spoke to us on Wednesday night and Friday afternoon, you only mentioned your phone charger that you left. You did not mention how unsatisfied you were with your hair. When you came in on Friday to get the charger from the salon, you and your aunt started yelling aggressively. Your hair was completely different from when you left and we are not responsible for what happens to your hair when it is out of our hands. Your appointment was Wednesday and you came to us on Friday with complaints which was 48 hours between your appointment time & when you came into the salon. Also, we posted a picture of your beautiful after results. Again, we do apologize for any inconvenience and bad experiences you may have had.
