My mom got a set of the mini cakes for teacher appreciation week from her school and I tried one not expecting much (I generally associate Bundt cakes with being hard and stale) but this the fluffiest cake I've ever had! Super moist and the icing is delicious.

I called to ask if I could change the flavor of my cake that I was set to pick up later in the day, and was told that, because it was within 24 hours of my pickup time, I couldn't change …Oh no!
