His house was an essential apart of my recovery at first i hated it and wasnt willing to give it a chance, but as time went on the counselor helped break me in and i can see why they picked each and every counselor its a test between all of them and we are forced to grow as individuals

All frozen and packaged food, no nutrition. They expect you to pay for your own therapist. No cable channels. One phone line for the entire facility. You have to pay to do your own laundry. They make it clear that they're just there to make as much money as possible. You learn nothing in their classes. Not allowed to go Dr.'s appointments if it inconveniences them. Also I got COVID here for the very first time ever.

This place is awesome! A safe family-like environment in which treatment is practiced in a real world environment.Small Staff to Client ratios provide excellent one-on-one programs. The staff is genuinely committed to both treatment and recovery. The groups are small, manageable and engaging; the meetings are friendly, focused and serious; the schedule itself provided the structure and discipline that this addict/alcoholic has been missing. I gained lifelong friends and relationships. It was just a solid experience.

My sister went into the New Creations facility a little over six months ago and has been sober ever since. New Creations is the women's rehab facility linked to His House. I cannot thank this organization more for what they have done. I truly can't thank them enough for helping my sister with her recovery. She is a totally new person and she is the sister that we love and cherish. She has struggled with addiction for a few years and has done a previous stint in a rehab facility close to home. This past intervention, we as a family decided it was best for her to go out of state for treatment. We contacted a man named Anthony from a number we found online. He was extremely helpful and she was on a plane within a few days. His House and New Creations paid for her flights and assured us that she would get the help that she needed. Well our expectations have been exceeded and we are ecstatic with her results. She is now living in the sober living facility and is on the right track to becoming a productive asset to her new community. She has decided to live there permanently which we all couldn't support her more on. She needs to take a path that best suits her and we know that she will go far. Without the help from His House and New Creations we dread to think of what she could have become. Again, THANK YOU for brining our sister back, we truly appreciate your efforts and we know that your organization will continue to help others regain hope and live healthy productive lives. With lots of love, Anna and family

Then you transfer to sober living apartments next door
Yes, you can bring your phone. Depending on level of treatment of treatment and your individual treatment plan with your case manager there is a blackout period during detox/withdrawal management and residential program discourages outside distractions but is a case-by-case basis depending on what you need it for. There is always access to patient phone at all our locations for incoming and outgoing calls. Certainly at Intensive Outpatient level and Sober Living you can always have your phone.
