I started training here 7 1/2 years ago. The moment I walked in I knew this place was special. Professor Rafael welcomes me and I took my first class. It did not go so so well because I was highly out of shape. Professor Rafael took care of me and made sure I was ok. I came back the next day finished my first full class and have continued to train day after day. I later met Professor Ana and she is exactly the same. They are both amazing professors. Their skill level and teaching comprehension are second to none. I would absolutely recommend Gracie Barra Upland because it is a family atmosphere, great training and you will always learn something new each class.
