Kaiser is horrible, everyone in the pharmacy is always rude. I highly recommend if you can get away from Kaiser you do it. Their doctors are incompetent. Everyone has the same compliment for Kaiser in that everything is in the same place. I've never heard anyone say Kaiser took such good care of me. I have heard of many horror stories how Kaiser misdiagnosed their cancer or other disease. Get away if you can.

This is the very first time leaving a comment on any type of reviews. It's about the customer service of Kaiser Murrieta Pharmacy. I have been with kaiser for over almost 20 years. From Northern to Southern. This is also the very first time I was very disappointed on how the conversation went. So I just want to share and let Kaiser know and to whoever in charge. Friday the 12th at around 11:15 - 11:20. Went on a drive up/ curbside Pharmacy to pick up medz for my son that has a condition. I recvd a call back and said they don't have it and it has to be ordered. Which I am fully aware that most of my son's medz needs to be ordered because it has to be sent to compound dept , etc. I have no complaint on the procedure of the Pharmacy but the person I talked too seems like need more training on customer service or SHE might have a rough day but for me it's not right. Here how it goes . With no introduction of her name otherwise I should have got it . CSR - Hi, are you at the curbside ? ME - Yes CSR - WE don't have it ................... paused ME - ooook. and then CSR - We have to order it .......... paused ME - ok. and then.. CSR - we don't want you to wait ..........paused ME - are you guys going to call me when it's ready ? CSR - Yes. .. oh hold on let me ask the pharmacist if we can change it to what we have.. ( without asking me if that's ok to change the exact medz, my son is sensitive , so what if there is a reason why it was prescribed for that specific one ) . She got back saying , Oh no we dont have it. ME - Please don't change what was prescribed. I want whatever his taking. When will it be ready ? CSR - IM NOT SURE . Maybe on Tuesday. ME- Do you guys have my telphone #? don't you want to verify if you have it in your system to make sure I will get notify when it's ready? CSR - oh yeah. What's your number? ME - ###-###-#### CSR - repeated the last 4 digit of my number, Oh the caller ID . ME - huh ??? Sorry I'm lost .. CSR - oh it shows in my caller ID . "giggling" ME - ????? Im like okay please call me when it's ready . Thank you Today , MOnday the 15th @ 1:45. Since I was in doubt on my conversation last Friday . Called Pharmacy to follow up. True enough, my son's medication is been ready for pick up. I didn't get any phone call or any kind of notification . I know all patients are important . So we need to value everyone of them. Medication needed is a type of steroids that my son need for pain and so he can function normally. He didn't have it for 3 days. We patiently waited . But I hope this scenario or experienced should never happened to anyone like us .

Nurse was very obviously high, slurring and forgetting words. Waited an hour for blood work, they cleared my 94 year old grandmother's name from the list without ever calling her. Blamed reception, when I went to reception they blew me off. Another time, we were having tests done and the nurses on the second floor were very rude and dismissive. Reception was also very rude another time but THREE different times we went here we had problems. I expect better from Kaiser, I don't have these problems at any other location. I don't know what it is, maybe it's the work culture at this place. Have some pride in your work and take responsibility for your job. There's no excuse to be sitting back chatting not calling names for an entire hour.

Place has rude staff. Kaiser is considered great if you do not need medical care. You have to practically beg for referrals and when you finally get one its almost another month just to get an appointment. Wait times at the new facility are extremely long.
